3. Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your invoice is generated at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
- We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
- All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
- Package prices may be updated with 30 days written notice.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- Any rented equipment must be returned within 7 days of cancellation to avoid equipment charges.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our internet services responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the connection for illegal activities or distributing illegal content
- Spamming, phishing, or network attacks against other users or systems
- Reselling or sharing your connection commercially without authorization
- Circumventing network policies or interfering with our infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Service Availability & Maintenance
While we target 99.9% uptime, brief service interruptions can occur for:
- Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
- Emergency network repairs or upgrades
- Events outside our control (extreme weather, power outages, etc.)
7. Limitation of Liability
- Loss of data or business due to service interruptions
- Damage caused by content accessed over our network
- Third-party services or websites you access via our connection
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the issue occurred.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
